The Events Under Canvas annual Luxury Marquee and Tipi Showcase is set to be even better this year with an immersive gastro experience under the beautiful cover of the Grand Sailcloth Tent.
The talented outdoor caterers, Spindle Catering of Tuddenham Mill are bringing the glamour to the event with two experiences;
The Oyster & Champagne Bar (27 & 28 April)
and
Spindle Sundown Restaurant (Saturday 27 April only – limited spaces)
Join Chef Director, Lee Bye and Restaurant Manager, Will Reyner from Spindle Catering, right across the Saturday and Sunday as they shuck Oysters with classic and modern flavours, and serve glasses of champagne to complement the experience.
Then, come Saturday night with tables available to book from 6pm to 8pm, diners are invited to take their seats under the glamorous Grand Sailcloth tent and enjoy a range of Spindle Specialities straight from Tuddenham Mill inspo. Dishes are cooked over fire and include Roasted Scallops in their shells, Spindle beef & truffle X-Diary beef sliders and St. Jude’s cheese Turkish boreks, plus much more. Expect to pay £60 per couple (not including drinks or desert) and diners are encouraged to reserve tables via [email protected] although walk-ins are accepted pending availability.
