We have a plethora of recommended suppliers with a range of services and amenities to help you create the wedding you have been dreaming of.  From elegant drapery and luxurious furnishings to state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems, our suppliers will work closely with you to enhance your wedding experience. All our tents can be dressed and furnished with traditional decorations and ornate designs to create a truly authentic ambiance that honours your heritage.

In addition to our exceptional marquees, we also provide our own range of furniture and furnishings if this suits the style you are trying to achieve, or you can talk to us about supplementary services you may require and we’ll point you in the right direction to other suppliers who can work with us to help streamline the planning process and ensure a seamless event.

Our dedicated team discuss the space that you wish the luxury marquees to be placed, we’ll work out what’s needed in terms of building the structures, where the wooden poles will be placed, what the ground is like and what flooring you need.  We’ll also discuss floorplans for the entire space, how many tables and chairs you require, where staging and bars need to be situated and how supplementary catering tents might be required. We can also supply full power with the help of a generator if you need a power source for the event.

We will visit your site in the first stages of planning to ensure we understand the space, and together we’ll discuss all the finer details of how and when the marquees will be set up and taken down, to ensure this works around all the other activity taking place to prepare for your special day.

For Islamic couples, Events Under Canvas have thrown mangni parties celebrating engagements, as well as mehndi ceremonies for brides and their loved ones. Our tents have been transformed with beautiful decorations for the nikah as well as the festivities of the walima.
